A Moment
12:51 AMThat strange simple moment, marvel.
Fascination.
Can one be addicted to life?
Possibilities, fantasy, futuristic. Becoming alive. Living and coming forth.
How precious. The fact that a small yet complex organism such as myself get to experience the depth and breadth of life's pure essence. Although this here is colored by pain and sorrows, I am purposed. Hope for the best. Acceptance of my human conditions, thoughts and feelings. When the mind plays tricks with you, be playful and engage. Embrace the moment. Taste what is in front of you. Savour. Take your time. No rush. Every second counts, every second is not lost. Love. Hate. Cry. And especially, don't be afraid to show some teeth when smiling.
Joy is a true treasure. When you find it, you will never want to let it go. If you haven't yet, you will. One day, it will meet and greet you certainly, personally.
Until then, be active and passive. Take life by the hands and let life carry you to places. Our existence can be described as ocean waves. Unpredictable at times but when still, you get to experience the fullness of what it has to offer. It can be small yet grandiose depending on where you decide to gaze. Take a peek and whiff. Move forward in the vastness and the seemingly infinity of the view. Trusting that you will get to experience something new in your journey. Destination is yet to come. Mercy of death. We are spared for now. Though we will all fall, let us be brave. Let us believe that life has more to offer than just suffering demise. If stumbled, dare one more day. Try, one more time. Tête haute. The weight of this body will not hold me down.
Pick yourself up. Dust it off.
Now run. And fly.
