"What should be my next interest?"

When life gets dull, add a little some some to your routine. It's good to persevere in life, but try also assessing your motivational state. Does whatever you are doing at the moment truly interests you? Easier said than done? Correct. Everything has a price in life and the tag says time. Time is an interesting concept. I'd argue that much of our typical (vs. pathological) anxiety can be linked to our perceived lack of time. I mean we only have so many hours in a day, but somehow we try to fit so many things into our schedule. The checklist items that aren't done today do get spilled over to the next day. And this seemingly overabundance of "things to do" does take a giant toll on us, big time. When there's a shortage of hours, we start to engage in less than beneficial transactions with time itself. We start to borrow time from our sleep. If that's not enough, we try to skip meals. And who cares about exercising, ain't nobody have time for that. "Why don't I have more time?", we'd ask ourselves at the end of the day. The thing we need to realize is that the time we borrow from that which caters to our fundamental needs comes with a very costly price, tag says health. It's not always obvious to see how certain of our choices affect our health, but let's take a HP bar for example.

When your character gains level in a game, their HP bar usually increases (that 10 becomes 11, 12, so on & so forth), as a way to show that you are buffing up. However, in real life, when you gain in age numbers, your HP bar actually decreases (10 > 9 > 8) over time until you are but a decrepit old zombie. There are obviously choices you can make in life that can help you restore health (from current 4 to 5 to 6) or maintain your HP bar (10/10), but HP UP potions do not exist aka you do not get to add more years to your life.  Get it now? Health is a serious business. Invest in your health today so you won't regret it tomorrow. Let us all be able to tell ourselves at the end of our life, "Good Game Well Played".

P.S. Adding an image to your post does make a big difference. Eureka.
